On 25th May new regulation begins relating to protecting the information you share with us. This is known as General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR.

Your privacy is important to us and we want to continue to communicate with our patients in a way which has their consent and which is in line with the new UK regulations.

We keep your personal data in a secure place and do not share it with any third parties, e.g. other health professionals, insurance companies, without requesting your permission first.

The type of data we need to collect from you:

Your name, address, telephone number, age, date of birth, GP surgery, medical conditions/history, medication you are taking.

As health providers we are legally bound to keep your personal data for eight years after the end of your treatment. It is then securely disposed of.

Hollyoak Health does not share any of your information with mailing or marketing companies.
